Would someone who has the original 50 songs mind uploading them elsewhere and let me know where? It seems the main file with the music has been removed from Nexus and so the tracks that were originally included with the mod can seemingly no longer be found. Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks for the suggestion. I might check out your mod at some point, but as it stands, it only seems to include one song from the original tracklist and it's unclear if it's even the same version. I'm looking for songs 1-50 mentioned in the official RACE playlist.
For anyone else struggling with their music being too loud, or generally louder than the other radio songs, this is what worked for me.
I use Audacity to normalize the songs and convert them to .wav format, and I made macros to make it quicker. The first one is for the mp3 file, you make the macro and insert the normalize command. Edit it so the "Normalize peak amplitude to ( )" part is set to -8.0 dB. That seems to be around what everything else is set at. Then, insert a second step to export as MP3. If you don't include the export, it doesn't really save the changes. Do the same thing for the .wav files, though obviously make sure you put Export as WAV instead, and you should be good.
I'm struggling to even get mine to play....using any audio converter atm and there doesn't seem to be a sample size option. No clue if that's why it's not playing...wish we could get a more modern option where any MP3 will do.
Installed using Vortex. Radio Station RACE showed up and plays but I have no apparel item in my inventory for adjusting play limits to add more music packs. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you very much for this Mod. It worked perfectly for me. I used the New Vegas Mod Organizer. I have been looking for a way to add all the Fallout 3 songs and have not found any mod to simply do this. Anyone know of a mod or how would I use this mod to do so?
I want to add that I have Fallout 3. I just want to add the many songs to the 150 I got from this mod.
Dude. Yes. I combined all files to make the main file hold 150 songs then added an extra 150 from the radio nv mod so i didn't have to go through the first 150 songs one by one and for my 301st song i added 'Space Unicorn' as my first test into the game. Love it.
