key was kinda tricky to find... once, I read the holotape It was a lot easier to locate. For all those whom ignored the note. walk up to the Goodspring's cemetery and kill the old man trying to attack you with the shovel. the house key will be on him.
The other mod mentioned is a performance killer. Author says there is an ESM file in the package that fixes that. In the Optional files.BUT, He does not specify WHICH ONE. Because there are a few extra ESM Files there.
Nice cozy, yet compact little place! Though this has very weird nav points for companions as they usually find themselves bumped into the bed and get stuck in there and refuse to roam around the room...
I like the house because it's simple but what's the point of the stove/oven if you can't actually use it? There's a pan and metal pot on the shove and I see the "cook" prompt appear and I try and use it but nothing happens.
Getting close to one year later and I never received a reply to this. Feels bad man. I'm setting up fonv again and this is a must have mod, but I would like for my character to be able to cook with a stove in his own house.
Not the most satisfying location to put a player home in Goodsprings but I guess it's okay.. Isn't there an option to move the house? hence "Choice location"?

With this mod on, my companion would teleport away from me in a corner of a fenced back yard, when i exit the door or fast travle to the house,
