If anyone is wondering, yes, this mod can technically be considered lore friendly.
In Fallout 2, if you approach a New Reno prostitute while wearing power armor, they'll mention that they've seen this situation in an "anime video once".
So, yes. Anime within Fallout is canon and lore-friendly. If you want to come up with an excuse why your HUD shows anime characters, you can simply think that your PipBoy's previous owner modified it because he hated Vault Boy or something. You're welcome.

a weeaboo is someone that thinks they're japanese and think japan is the best at everything. they poorly try to speak japanese, making themselves look idiotic. the actual bars of this mod are super blocky. this hud is very unappealing.

Is there anyway of getting this UI to work with this mod here http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54465/? ? I like everything in this UI cept the cross hair and when I try using them together, the crosshair mod overwrites this one completely.

Most other mods changed way too many elements, this one is perfect.
The original HUD display was so ugly, it needed a change.
The bars look sleek, markers look much better and are clear,
and the dynamic Cross-Hair looks really cool.
