Hello community!

Features - 
1. Custom speedloader.
2. Fully working reload animations matching the hunting revolver.
3. Additionally, the 6-shot animation is smoother now i.e. the 6 shells will not fall down in one motion but would slide down the cylinder naturally. (Compare hunting revolver unmodded & six-shot cylinder reload animations)
4. Fully working reload crane.

To-Do - 
1. Textures! (Duh -_-) ( I'd absolutely be thrilled if great modders like nickheggo , Millenia , pommymax , anonx1987 could texture it!)
2. Creating proper iron-sights.
3. Creating the actual NIF & integrating it into the game.

I've only done NIF bashing so far. This is my first ever 3D model. Please leave your feedback in the comments.

    While I haven't tested this yet, the animations would be the same as a Hunting Revolver, with all shells popping out and in properly

      IDK how doable it would be to implement this but maybe using the police revolver animations would be better? you still get the speed loader but retain the single action hammer

       looks friggin awesome either way

    So how are you planning to fit cartridges in a cap and ball revolver from the back? Also that cylinder isn't supposed to swing out. I guess this is one of then magic revolvers?

      Sweet Revenge in New Vegas Bounties uses a speed loader. Could also be a converted cylinder.

      Hello G0RII,
      Indeed you're right. The original gun is a black powder revolver.
      The context for our weapon is that it was acquired by Steven Randall sometime during the FNV Mojave timeline.
      I'm sure some talented wasteland gunsmith has managed to convert the cylinder to a .44 & add a tweaked receiver/frame to support a swing out cylinder
      (P.S. I doubt black powder, paper cartridges, etc. can be implemented in this game )

      Thank you for your appreciation. Spoke to anonx1987 yesterday. He gave me some super useful advice. I'm remaking some parts of the model now.

      It's a part of the lore indeed, but not the canon lore.
      The fantastic mod New Vegas Bounties I adds this weapon to the game. You should play it if you haven't already. It's a series actually. I'd recommend playing all the parts.

      Steven Randall is a character from this mod. Not a spoiler - you meet Randall to start this mod actually.

      I'll just finish up the model and release the high & low poly as modder's resources.

    Great looking model work. Brings back a lot of memories of the fun it is to shoot the old 'ball and cap' Colt navy and army revolvers. Lots of kick and smoke. Smell of black powder everywhere.

      Indeed, I've seen plenty of videos about the original weapon & conversions while making this.
      Unfortunately, weapon laws are extremely strict in my country, so I couldn't try firing this, but would love to if the opportunity presents!

      Thank you for your kind words!
      I'm just fixing up some things and cleaning up the mesh a bit.
      After that, I'll export the NIFs and make both - NIFs & Blender Project available as a modder's resource. Anyone would be free to use it then!
