New Duster armors

We're preparing next upcoming TTW Armored Wasteland version. 

Remixing existing mods,  we're creating  2 new unique Duster types to cover regulator tiers proposed by TTW project, leaving the original ones as  "Westen variants".
We're missing the icons, if someone want to help us out, is  welcome to join us.
