I have updated this mod again to version 1.2. It included the latest build of DSOAL which includes a number of improvements for compatibility
with DirectSound3D games, though only one fix directly impacts Fallout: New Vegas
(reload sounds only playing in one ear now correctly being centered).
In addition, I have included 52 different HRTF tables to make HARD MODE
INSTALLATION much easier for users.
