Work in BGR and Subtlety in Thay. Don't work in Tragedy in Tragedor though. This is a great and convenient mod which removes the need of bag of holding and the constant inventory management to distribute the weight.
Can't get it to work. It spawns fine from console, but when I use it nothing happens. I get the animation and chat message for usage, but no shop GUI pops up.
