      I play the Mac version of Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition via Steam. I installed all the files from this mod in the "ovr" folder in the Neverwinter Nights folder in the Steam apps folder (Steam>steamapps>common>Neverwinter Nights>ovr)

      they are .2da files so overrides

    The extra feats don't work for the classes I tried. The extra skill points and a maximum carry of 1000 lbs is quite nice, though.
