    I was playing fine for three days before, but now for some reason it's crashing at the start of every race. It just goes to the loading screen and then crashes immediately.

      It's just strange that before that it worked for three days without any crashes at all, and then suddenly something started to crash.

    yea so the textures dont work? like i use texmod to run it but it doesnt apply? like why can? somebody help me?

    What all specific objects are these textures for?  Are they for the environment (buildings, foliage, roads) or cars as well?

    The game still closes by itself, I installed all the mods mentioned above, the 4gb patch and the widscreen mod, but it still crashes frequently, the visuals are perfect, but the problem is the crashes, I don't know what else to do. Regarding the fps, I managed to correct it and it is running at a constant 60 fps.

      Unfortunately it didn't work, during loading the error appears "An unknown software exception (0x80000003) has occurred
      no app, no location 0x00000000004405A9."

      In my Reshade Preset has some scripts for fix this crash.

    The game is running at 45 fps, is there any setting I could change to run at 60 fps?

    Sadly it doesnt WORK...i done all like u say but the little starting screen at Desktop pops up from NFS and then it still keep at the Desktop nothing happens...

    This is second texture pack I've tried today (based on TexMod) and I can't for the life of me get these things to work. Unzip it into the game directory, open TexMod as an administrator, use the "big file" to find Speed2.exe, use the "small file" to find the .tpf, and hit run. Nothing. I've applied a 4GB patch, and have the widescreen fix going also. Is there something else required here, like some kind off .dll or a hook?

      Yeah, I'm on version 1.2. I made a post on Reddit and someone suggested that I use "TexMod Loader-Silent" as an alternative to regular TexMod. I ended up having to make a .bat file with some command lines in it for it to run and not break the Single Core Affinity option within the widescreen patch. That does in fact work for me, it just seems odd that I can't run mods like this normally. I really like the looks of this though! Great job.

    constantly crashes after loading into anything.. races, garage, etc. any fix? can barely get one race done at a time
