I once wanted to make the light bar flash blue. I tried it, but it didn’t work. I also asked a more experienced mod author, and she said it wouldn’t work, at least with Frosty 1.0.7. It might be possible with Frosty 2.0.

I would love to use this but I don't want to install the other police mod you made. Apparently I completely suck at the game because I don't find the police chases to be 'too easy'
I'd love it if you could release a version of this mod that includes the great new liveries without requiring the hardcore cop addition.
This mod does not require my Police System Enhancement mod.
However, without my Police System Enhancement mod, the Crown Victoria and Rhino armored vehicles will not spawn in the game and participate in pursuits.

There are no uvmap textures for police cars in the game files, only their Diffuse Map and Metallic Map, so it's a bit difficult to make and take a long time to test. You can find those textures with FrostyEditor.
