      Am I doing something wrong then? I'm trying to run the mod and have been all day, and it just freezes in the loading screen and doesn't move.

      Maybe there something causing a conflict with it. Do you only have the mod on?

    this mod only increase cash? or will get 3 star for activities?

      only the cash in general - of course you get 30mil but only if you don't have any stars there and you beat the npc record.
      If you have stars in the activites you get less. 
      I uploaded a mod which change the rewards for the bears and billboard to 100m. I tested it and it works

    Hey, frosty closes everytime i drag and drop this file. It also doesn't appear in the mod list?

      That's weird. I'm using frosty mod manager 1.0.7 from here. Maybe it helps

    It actually does work online! But only on "new" activities not ones you've already done

      Yes, if you done some activities or have some stars on it, it reduces the rewards
