Improves the multiplier on Drift and Takeover Events. Multiplier timeout has been adjusted to be less punishing. For example if you currently have a 5X multiplier, when it times out it will go down to 4X instead of 1X. This will make it easier to keep a high multiplier. The multiplier timeout time has also been adjusted to be half a second longer as well. Crashing/collision will still deplete multiplier like normal.
Two versions are included: One with a 10X max multiplier and one with the normal 5X max multiplier.
