This brings a fully working police pursuit system to Need For Speed Payback!

Just look for those flame icons to start a pursuit!
This took 1 month to make, and I am glad it is finally completed! Enjoy what Need For Speed: Payback in the final form!
It is a little bit buggy but it does work. Also there might be two helicopters but really there's only one. Also please look at the map I attached. Those are places the cops tend to avoid, so go there to escape. Also the Heat Level is stuck at 5 but everything works.
UPDATE: I included a story mode compatible version!
