1. Get Frosty Mod Manager https://frostytoolsuitedev.gitlab.io/downloads.html
2. Place BetterUpgradePacks.fbmod and .archive into the mods folder of Frosty Mod Manager
3. Run Frosty Mod Manager and select BetterUpgradePacks then click apply
4. Run game and enjoy
