1. Get Frosty Mod Mananger https://frostytoolsuitedev.gitlab.io/downloads.html
2. Place the .archive and .fbmod into the mods folder of Frosty Mod Manager
3. Open Frosty Mod Manager
4. Select one Vanity Pack you would like to use
5. Launch game by pressing the launch button near the top of the window
Please note that you can only use one of the Vanity packs at a time as they will conflict with each other.
If you need more than one go in game buy, save and then leave game. start game up with different pack enabled
The Cop Vanity is currently not working possbily because they are purchasable (in the vanity packs of the shipments menu) with speedpoints You may have to wait until it is no longer purchasable in the shipments menu
