Increases the limit of wraps
More wraps become available as you purchase different cars (it has to be cars you have not previously purchased yet, even if it was sold earlier in the game)
You should immediately have more wrap slots as soon as use the mod.
The Max number of slots will be when you purchased at least on of each car in the game. I have not figured out the max but it should be between 300-400 wraps.
