Doing just one of the unlock requirements will unlock all visual parts.
When i tested this mod with a new save, i unlocked all customization within the first minute of playing
1. Get Mod Manager 1.0.5.5 or later
2. Place files .fbarchive and .fbmod into *Location of mod manager*\FrostyModManager_v1.0.5.5\Mods\NeedForSpeedPayback
3. Run Mod Manager Select payback.exe if first time use
4. Apply mods and launch game through mod manager
