Different Tire Smoke Options (replace existing tire smoke)

This mod does not work with Fitgirl's version. it only works with legit versions of the game
However, the smoke colors might work since it uses smoke available in the fitgirl version (i have not tested it)
This changes the colors of the Country Neons to give you more color options
Argentina: Steel Blue and White Wave
Australia: Red, White and Blue Wave
Brazil: Green Blue and Yellow Wave
Belgium: Candy Pink and Mint Wave
Columbia: Candy Pink, Mint and Cyan Wave
Costa Rica: Orange and Mint Wave
Denmark: Blue and White Wave
Egypt: Purple and White Wave
England: Red, Yellow and Blue Wave
France: Lavender (color i made) Wave
Germany: Lavender and Mint Wave
Iceland: Blue and Gold Wave
Independence Day: Red, White, Blue Step
Iran: Blue and Green Wave
Mexico: Red, Green and White Wave
Morocco: Orange, White and Green Wave
Nigeria: Green and White Wave
Panama: Orange and White Wave
Peru: Platinum Blue Wave
Poland: Purple and Green Wave
Portugal: Red, Blue, Green and Gold Wave
Russia: Yellow and Violet Wave
Saudi Arabia: Green, Purple and Orange Wave
Senegal: Tan Flat

This mod also allows you to sell the country neons and the Platinum vanity (you can retrieve them again with my vanity packs mod)
Setting-up Mod
1. Get Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.4.5 (Earlier versions will not work with the latest version of the mod)
2. Place files .fbmod and .archive into the mods folder of the Mod Manager
3. Open mod manager and apply
4. Press launch near the top of the window and enjoy
