To install this mod you will need Frosty Mod Manager on your computer.
After you have set up Frosty Mod Manager, and connected it to NFS Payback,
drag the mod file into the mods area into Frosty Mod Manager.
The mod should show up on the mods list on your Available Mods tab
Select the mod by clicking on it and click Apply Mod(s).
The mod should show up on the Applied Mods tab, and now it will be loaded into your game once you press the Launch button.
