Street Racing "RACERS" Top Speed/Acceleration Have Been Increased As Well, Police Will Spawn More Faster And Better, Police Backup Timer For Heat 6 Has Been Decreased For 10Seconds, So 100 Police Units Of Heat 6 Will Spawn Every 10Seconds From Backup Timer, If You Know How To Drive To Escape The You Know What To Do.
