loona decal that replaces kelly's chop shop decal. Also go to the need for speed unbound mod page for the other version.
all you have to do is place the fb.mod file in FrostyModManager\Mods\loona decal.fbmod then run frostymodmanager and click apply. Make sure the box is checked.
Then run the game.
