HOW TO USE FROSTY'S MOD MANAGER AND FROSTY'S EDITOR

first move NFS HEAT KEY into frosty's mod manager and frosty's editor

SECOND Start Frostys mod manager as administrator

THIRD Click add mods in upper left corner and select UnlockAll-AND-1000XrepV2.fmod

Fourth double click the newly added mod and ensure checkbox on the right is checked

Fifth CLick launch and wait for game to launch. it will ask for elevated privlidges which are needed for mod use. AS SOON AS GAME SHOWS ONSCREEEN DISABLE WIFI!!!!!!!!!!

6. goto solo and enjoy the mod ;)
