I agree that the scroll sensitivity is a bit high, resulting in scrolling a bit further than I intend sometimes, but overall the 'fast scroll' works great. Using PS3 controller. However, the 'fast continuous' breaks my UI. The first two items are usually hidden along with the rest of the list, but going back (left from the first item) toward the last item or moving forward to the third item fixes the missing menu items problem.
I haven't had any misclicks. Just tap the arrow button and it moves 1. You are probably holding it too long. When I ever I do quick taps, i never have that issue.
If I were to adjust it the overall speed would be slower.

The other one works fine, sensitivity feels great to me as well.
