   is it possible to get this invisibility cloak as an active item? 
   like: everything is normal, cops are all around me and when i click the radar disruptor the cops cant see me anymore (untill i click it again).

   Hi can you help me? I have an issue with the elite radar disruptor. It's so powerfull that the pursuit can't even be started (Even i rammed the police car, they won't chase me at all)

      oh yeah, the problem occurs on both version (normal and slightly easier)
