1. Install FrostyModManager and follow its' instructions.
2. Add real-ca-plates.fbmod.
3. Find it on the left side, click on it and select "Apply Mod(s)".
4. If you're using UNITE, be sure to set the Real California License Plates higher in priority.
5. Enjoy!
