   how did you make the glowy green one? plate number (43-84)

      Photoshop and optical illusion, it doesn't really glow. You can probably make a legit glowing one in Unbound as they got animated plates there.

   why is my game won't run when launched from frosty mod manager? when I run from origin or click the exe it is running.
   while using frosty mod manager the game wont launch although there is a process in the task manager
   
   Edit : turns out there is an error when using this mod (unhandled exception) “Could not find a part of the path ‘need for speed/ModData/update/Patch/Data/win 32/chunks0.sb’”
   
   The game can run when not using this mod.
