Adds a configurable option to control whether or not the mouse cursor is locked to the screen when playing. I know that I play in Borderless Windowed mode and it's annoying to have the cursor locked to the screen.
You can set the value in the config file for the mod, or there's a convenient option in the in-game options menu under Gameplay.
