Allows you to infinitely level you skills (limited by the amount of points you have, of course).
WARNING: I have made no effort to prevent you from breaking your game by putting too many points into a skill. Use your common sense and be careful not to add so much as to go beyond 100%, 0%, etc.
Requires Unity Mod Manager. Install by extracting to your Mods directory, or via the UMM interface.
