Thank you so much, I just tried to compile one of my projects after upgrading to UMM 0.21.8, but it failed all the time. I tried for almost 2 hours now. I even do not use UnityEngine.UIModule.dl directly, but UnityEngine.dll itself, which references to UnityEngine.UIModule.dll. After replacing the file with your version, it compiled again with no errors.
When you set your project to .NET 4.0, it will compile, but it won't run in MTAP :-(
lol yep :D Sorry for your trouble, but I spent waaay more than 2 hours trying to figure out why it was happening. Glad to hear it's actually useful to others!
