Hi there! so I downloaded and added to my assests folder. when I launch the game, will these just be in my inventory? do I need to buy them somewhere? I've looked in game for the clothes and can't find them, sorry if its a stupid question lol
Hey there! Don't worry, no stupid questions here. I just replaced the textures of these clothing items, no coding involved on my part, so you will need to get these items in-game:
- The Gala Suit and The Gala Lower Garment (first image) can be purchased from Carol's clothing store after you complete "The Poisoned Water" quest - The Blue Elegance Top (second image) is part of the "Player Attire" paid DLC - The white shirt in the third image is a retex of your default yellow t-shirt, so just unequip any top that you might be wearing and you will see it on
Oh noo I'm sorry :(! You couldn't not have downloaded the mod correctly, it's just a .rar with 4 .png files inside it. If you extracted the 4 pngs inside the assets folder like in this image, the only other reason is you haven't installed Custom Textures correctly, so maybe revisit the instructions on that page again. If the problem persists, feel free to PM me :)
Hello! I'm guessing you use the UMM installer exclusively, but for this one you have to do it manually I'm afraid :(
That's because this is not a complete mod, it is made to work together with Custom Textures. I basically only uploaded the replacement textures in png form and packaged them as rar for download convenience.
In order to make it work you have to install Custom Textures (which I'm guessing you already did), go to your MTAP installation folder inside which you should have a folder called "Mods". If you go in it you'll see all your installed mods in folder form. Inside the Custom Textures folder create a new folder and name it "assets", then extract the 4 png's you downloaded from me and put them in there. Basically the path looks like this "[...]\My Time At Portia\Mods\CustomTextures\assets"

That's very strange, for me it downloads just fine. Are you saying that what you're getting is an archive within an archive? And have you tried opening that second rar? Maybe the way your browser is set up, it double archived my zipped file. I use Chrome and WinRAR to pack/extract.
