Author did a poor job of explaining how to install it.
Download linked Vehicle Texture Swap mod. Note that this also has a dependency on MSCModLoader so download that as well (go to GitHub page for MSCModLoader, download MSCLoader.full.package.zip, unzip the package and run the installer)
Once both VehicleTextureSwap and MSCModLoader are installed, you should then have the following folder within MSC's Steam folder: \steamapps\common\My Summer Car\Images\VehicleTextureSwap
Download and unzip this mod. Within this mod's files will be folders called SRTP-569-1-0-1613972571\SRTP, and within the SRTP folder will be two more folders sharedassets1 and sharedassets3. Each of these folders contains .tex files
Copy the .tex files you want to use into the Satsuma folder within the VehicleTextureSwap folder detailed in step 2.
Load up the game. In the top-right will be an arrow for the MSCModLoader. Click on it, it should list the VehicleTextureSwap mod, click the cog icon, and then select custom textures for the Satsuma.
If all of that was done correctly, you should see your new textures in the game. LCTRL + F5 reloads the textures without having to restart the game, so you can swap textures in/out and test them quickly.
This is great! I'm now able to enjoy the Satsuma/100A as it was out of the factory in the late 60's. I do find the new steering wheel texture a bit funky but I'm ok with that
