      You need to enable some settings in the mod settings for this to do anything. My fault that it doesn't default to on.

      Enabled only engine sound replacement. Fucked up my save, every time i loaded in shitsuma would be missing everything that can fall off. Disabled the mod and i load in perfectly fine
