    when i downloaded the save from radex (classic one) 
    and the battery wasnt charged/broken

      Try charging it at the battery charger in the garage

      i know but that was long ago and i didnt even download your save i download it on the radex site or wth it is

      Try reinstalling the save and see if any mod is conflicting with it. It works for me.

    The satsuma is built but it dosen't work as it should

      I am pretty sure it is built correctly. Make sure you put the fluids before the test drive.
