    This seems to mess with the computer once you revive the house, I can't connect to TeleBBS since it was repaired.

      Have you saved and reloaded the game after you paid the insurance?

      Save and reload the Game. Then everything should be back to normal

      We werent sure for the price for each room, so if you think its too high, you can adjust it in the Menu.

    I think it is worth adding a catalog where you can choose what to repair

      Quite a bit work. If you use the ME version, it will spawn multiple envelopes, where u can pick what to repair
