   to bring it to work you have to drop the files in C:\Users\*User Name*\AppData\LocalLow\Amistech\My Summer Car

      if u dont have it installed then you dont have it so the money isnt infinity. You can install a cheat menu and set ur money to any ammount u want it to be.

   im extremely new to modding the game do i put it in just normal mods folder? it doesnt seem to work when i do so guessing not.

      u can have infinity money with the mod "infinity money", there are no jobs complete so people can do it theirself.

      The CD spawns in the room there could be no cd if u have no music in the folders or there could be the error that it is already in the cd player but cant be registered if u have problems with the cd inside the cd player use the MSC Editor to remove this Bug. 
      If u need some help let me know im trying my best to help.
