nexus is trustworthy, you can see on the mod stats on the max right side theres a thing called Virus scan and it clearly says safe to download and yes i've seen some mods that are risky to download before so its not just a title to every single mod, cuz they actually virus scan it.
so damn usefull, i love the ruscko, especially paring it with ruscko restoration mod, however without this mod the restoration mod made no sense, as it wouldnt start first try which would be fixed within a restoration and also pissed me off, but thanks to the creator it now makes sense!
you can access it from the main menu with the mod loader menu. bring the side bar open and find the ruscko mod and click the little gear for the settings menu. Or you can access it from the pause menu in game the same way.
stupid question all working but how do i open the settings menu to change engine power please i cant bring up that screen for setting i have no idea thank you in advance
