      Nope, it was updated year ago so I guess author abandoned this mod.
      Another mod in graveyard but heres older and working version on Mod Loader: DeveloperToolset (without noclip, if you save the game or die game restart is required to detect object by lookig on it and using hot key)

    HELP! I have always wanted to change the wheels of the Ferndale and change the letters and numbers of the license plates of AI Cars.
