The same situation, I tried to solve this problem many times, and it seemed to me that I succeeded, but every time this damn triangle disconnects. I hate it incredibly.
I like this mod more than the old one! (there was a mod called Secure Car Jack, Secure Warning Triangle and Secure Spare Wheel but the creator got banned on Nexus) the old one where it takes a lot of space in the trunk and clips through NOS tank yours is much cleaner and takes less space. here are both images

Every Time I load the game up It throws this Error: Mod AttachJackAndTriangle Throw an Error! Details: Method not found: 'MSCLoader.SaveLoad.ReadValue'. In Boonlean MoveNext()
Is the triangle supposed to be non detachable after installing? I also seem to be able to move it around and even entirely push it out of the trunk while "attached" by pushing it with other items. Is this known of and intended?
