Adds a functional minimap to the game.

It's been long time that i played msc and,
i kinda forgot all the places in game. Then i wondered, what can i do 
to make this play through a bit easier for my self. Since looking to the image
of the map requires me to tab out of the game. And i am not at home all the time to take
a look on the one that is on the house wall. So i came up with an idea to make a minimap.
And here it is. Hopefully will help new players to navigate through the map a little bit easier, 
as to me it sure did.

Map is made with Adobe Illustrator and is based on
the map that is already in game, so it's bit
inaccurate in some places, like missing building
road, etc... 


How to install:
Download the archive and extract it to your mod folder.
Example1:  C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\MySummerCar\Mods
Example2: C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MySummerCar\Mods
Example3: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\Amistech\MySummerCar\Mods


Features:
Day/Night Mode
Can Zoom out/in depending on the speed
Can drag minimap window anywhere on screen
Toggle minimap on/off with Ctrl+Numpad9 key (can be changed in mod settings)
Toggle big map with Ctr+Numpad5 key (can be changed in mod settings)
Zoom in/out and pan when big map is opened
Available icons for major locations
Available icons for some NPC vehicles
Available dynamic icons for car wrecks (icon appears 
when wreck is discovered and disappears when delivered)

Minimap transition occures at 22:00h in night mode
and at 06:00h in the day mode.



Automatic zoom in/out depending on the vehicle speed.



Drag minimap window anywhere on screen.




Toggle minimap on a key press.
Ctrl+Numpad9 by default.



There is also a big map with zoom in and pan feature,
big map can be toggled with a key press.
Toggle: Ctrl+Numpad5 by default.
Zoom: Scroll mouse wheel down/up.
Pan: Click and hold LMB.
