   Btw there is a MSC discord server where you can ask for help. You dont have to create new save game bc we already have too many of them!

   Your car doesn't start because the crankshaft is damaged. You have to either buy a new one at fleetaris or fix it with msceditor (damage is different to wear, a part will still be broken even if you fix its wear through msceditor)
   Oh, and while taking the engine apart i found that 1 of the pistons and all 3 main bearings were unbolted. Not sure if that happened because i used MOP or if it was like that already, but you should check that too

   Not sure what you could try i would try to get a new alternator and a new fuel pump or even a battery
   sparkplugs 
   all i could think of cause i tryed new battery but didnt work

   it loads me save even after putting my save in other folder and this one in save folder?!11/
