(just warning that this explanation is based on theory that will probably be right "or not, correct me if that the case")
2WD - its the van as we know, wheel spins on dirt, has its 14 secs aceleration from 0-100, has its economical fuel consuption (dont know how much) and it has the vantage of being good to drift on dirt (if u know what u doing), may steer sharper in turns while acelerating from the all 3 modes (and maybe overster/underster)
4WD High - same gear ratios, but with 2 extra tires giving traction. has almost no wheel spinning on dirt, accelerates a bit faster because of extra traction BUT expels some extra diesel out of the gas tank (not a huge problem because it isnt THAT much), if u acelerate while turning, might understeer because the stering is also doing the job of acelerating. u cant drift with but it is pretty good offroad, but theres things this mode cant climb, thats why we have...
4WD low - its 4WD with a longer gear ratio that gives enhoug torque for the wheels dont spin on loose or incline surface, not sutted for highway driving, might drink alot (not a worry) and u can climb things and tow things too (but not that fast)
I hope it helped, if anything is wrong (wthicth isnt rare) correct me.
First jack up the van, really lift it up in the air, Infact go and do a cool flip so it lands on its roof then looks underneath. It should be VERY APPARENT what is broken underneath, possibly even shiny infact.
I can't seem to fix the shifter. I skipped the uncle time and just got the van immediately. Do I need to get the added uncle dialog for it to work or..? I also have looked under the engine and found the problem but I can't do anything.
You know that's not a bad idea. I'd probably do 2H<->4H is short press and then 4H<->4L is a long press since you don't use 4L too often and it usually is a more thought out shift. I'd need to figure out how to tack onto the hud display to make it easier but I need to do that for my other mod so great time to learn.
No because mop is broken and has been for almost a year by now and will permanently mess up the game and cause bugs that will make it near unplayable. Which is a shame too as before it worked really well.
