      Clean Satsuma 3.2 (texture made by Glien) changed it to carpeted texture.
      in the sharedassets1 (interior_panels.tex.dds)

      and that is a texture pack, not a standalone mod. This one is a .dll plugin that doesn't require external software to install and won't break with game updates, and to my knowledge that has not been done before.
