   Does anyone know if this is still working? Tried restoring a snapshot and everytime I press continue at the main menu it acts like a brand new game.

   Finally, i don't need to do it manually every single time i want to backup something.
   That was pain.

   Don't know why but the program keeps closing by itself while I'm playing. If it aint open there wont be any auto backup, right?

      Sorry, don't know why I didn't see anything for this post.
      
      That's correct, if the program isn't running, it can't receive file change notifications(and therefore auto-backup).

   This could be super useful, but as it stands it doesn't grab the mods too. Any way the backup could just grab the entire 'Amistech\My Summer Car' folder instead of the two files to then pack in the rest of the execution?

      The new version of this tool does exactly that, and even has a feature to trigger an auto-backup when you save the game.
