      most have the rolls royce engine some have the one from cummins

      The one in the game has slightly over 400HP though,   (405 or something around there)
      Rolls Royce engines didn't go higher than 320 (ish) HP.
      
      The only engine for the M series that has around 400HP is the Cummins. 
      there for it's save to assume that the one from MSC has a Cummins.

      The real-life GIFU was produced with either a Leyland, Rolls-Royce or Cummins engine
