   I found out that you can make the ecu mod work with the newest versions of mscloader and mscmodapi
   
   you just need to install the latest versions of modshop, mscmodapi and mscloader the install version 1.3.1 of ECU mod
   
   I know this is an old version of ECU mod but i think its the only way to use new mods with ECU mod
