Just go to the mod folder>>Config>>Mod MetaData>>Enable Appartment.json. Change the value of "MSCLoaderVer" to your current version and save. BEFORE loading the game make the file Read Only since the mod will change it back to 9.9.9. When loading the game you will get a error saying the file is denied access but the mod does load and does stay enabled. I dont know if this 100% works since I havent had time to play the game with this fix.
Ok so my fix works for one reload, after that the game just completely broke. Dont bother trying my fix since it will just lock up the mod into the dissabled mode.

One bug: When using small parking any cars parked close by will be trashed after saving and all items inside the cars will fall out!
