After seeing the current situation, and how SCS Games released skins for Euro Truck, I decided to make a Ukrainian style skin for the Satsuma.
Be warned, I made this quite quickly in Paint 3D and with very little experience. Also, the blue in the flag shows up fine in the actual car.png file, but shows up quite bright in-game.
