for fixing crash with satsuma you should always have your seat belts open, every time you fall off the map just push the default button from exiting driving mode (Enter i guess) and you will spawn at home
If anyone got issue about crashing car and your character fell out of the world, use Health mod and disable "Crash Damage". Then your character will no longer receive damage from crashing car.
