The following descriptions can be seen:
Above that 85% - Looks brand new
85% - 50% - A bit used, but as new
49% - 40% - Used, still works
39% - 25% - Very used, doesn't seem that will last long
24% - 15% - There is a crack on this...
14% - 10% - This will die soon
Less than 10% - This doesn't work anymore
Note that certain parts below 40% are already considered broken (springs) or could cause issues (pistons for example will decrease engine power if below 40%)
