    What's your in-game calibration settings?

Can't recall although I do believe you can adjust your in-game calibration after setting the reshade on for the best experience.

Reshade doesn't show up when I start game.

I've looked over some of the other comments and have tried:

    - renaming dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll

    - setting all 4 Bannerlord exe files to admin in Win64_Shipping_Client folder

Weird thing is, if launch bannerlord from directory with Bannerlord.exe (not TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.exe) then this is when ReShade will start ingame. However, then I can't use mods because the mods require launcher to be launched at the start.

the reshade massage box doesn't show up for me...

should it show up when starting the launcher or the singleplayer?
    however, it doesn't come up.
I started reshade, chose the launcher.exe, activated the effects you are mentioning, put the .ini into the correct folder, started the launcher (via steam or directly the exe - doesn't matter)
    I keep trying.

set all 4 .exe files to run as an administrator in Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client

      fixed it for me

I solved this problem by rename dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll and launcher bannerlord.exe by administrator permission in game folder rather in steam.
and use home button to show the reshade menu
      hope that work for u

Did you make sure to choose TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.exe in Reshade? The reshade popup message should appear after you launch the singleplayer campaign in the launcher.

I can't get it to work for me. I already have a d3d11 file so I dunno.

It looks more like you removed that... thing that looks like a grey overlay for the view? Which is a good thing as it makes it unreasonably hard to see inside buildings like the workshop. I really hate that grey filter.
